Termination of the voucher action VS 100

The "CHF 100 voucher" promotion ended on November 4, 2020. The quota of 100,000 available vouchers has been reached before the final deadline on December 15.
Since Monday, July 27, the more than 400 hotels and 53 tourism organizations participating in the promotion have issued close to 110,000 vouchers.

The already issued vouchers can still be redeemed until the respective expiration date.

Information voucher action VS 100

The State of Valais, together with ValaisWallis Promotion, has launched the "Voucher CHF 100" promotion. The aim of this promotion is to support the Valais economy affected by COVID-19. We thank our guests for choosing Valais and give them a voucher worth CHF 100 (5 x CHF 20), which they can redeem directly at the participating partner businesses. The vouchers will be issued for each booking of at least two consecutive nights in a hotel or four nights in a vacation apartment or seven nights in a campsite in the period from 27 July to 15 December 2020. This is subject to the 100,000 vouchers available under this promotion.

Who receives these vouchers?
All vacation guests who stay in the Moosalpregion (Bürchen or Törbel) from 27 July to 15 December 2020. You must spend at least two consecutive nights in a hotel or four nights in a vacation apartment or seven nights on a campsite.

How many vouchers will I receive?
Per booking (regardless of how many people or nights it includes) you will receive 5 vouchers of CHF 20.

Where do I get these vouchers?
If you are staying in a hotel, your hotelier will issue the vouchers directly at the hotel. If you are staying in a vacation apartment, you can get the vouchers directly at the Info Center (Bürchen or Törbel). Attention: Please bring a booking confirmation of your vacation apartment (physical or digital). The guest card is not sufficient to receive vouchers.

Do second home owners also receive such vouchers?
No, unfortunately second home owners do not currently receive vouchers. However, the canton is planning a similar campaign specifically for second home owners in cooperation. The details of this campaign are not yet known.

Do locals also get such vouchers?
No, unfortunately locals do not currently receive vouchers.
