"I am looking forward "uhüere" to the Moosalp".

The Moosalpregion is the perfect place to leave everyday life behind. "Hiä chusch ämbri." But this coming weekend, we're breaking out and making the Moosalpregion shake at Migros Hiking Sounds. We are looking forward to a hiking and music experience in the most beautiful mountain scenery on July 17 and 18. On the Hiking Sounds stage, Swiss musician Adrian Stern, among others, will enchant visitors. "I am enormously looking forward to Moosalp," he says in an interview.

Covid measures in recent months have kept live music at bay. The obstacles on the way back to normality are getting smaller. Goosebumps at live concerts are possible again. And hiking in fresh mountain air anyway. At the Migros Hiking Sounds next weekend, what you've been missing in recent months awaits you again on the Moosalp: Fresh air, exercise in the great outdoors, exciting encounters and unforgettable performances by your favorite performers, such as Adrian Stern. We met the Swiss singer and songwriter for a short interview before his visit to the Moosalp region.

Adrian Stern, how is it for you to play in front of an audience again after the big pandemic break?

The energy at a live performance is incomparable. I have missed these moments very much. Now the time has come again and I may stand on stage. I am happy and unconcerned, because both musicians and music audience were in the same boat in terms of concerts and we may now come closer together again!

The concerts in the Moosalpregion take place in unique mountain scenery. How close to nature are you?

Migros Hiking Sounds is exactly what I like. Because I need nature, I like to go hiking and also camping. I don't need more than nature and a few nice people around me to be happy.

Do you know the Moosalpregion?

No. I will be on the Moosalp for the first time. I am looking forward "uhüere druff".

You're trying your hand at Valais German? How are you with our dialect?

Valais German is definitely one of my favorite dialects. But hand on heart: every now and then I have to ask what you are saying... 🙂

On Saturday you'll be playing on the Hiking Sounds stage. What can the visitors look forward to?

I will take my favorite guitarist, Jean-Pierre von Dach, with me to Moosalp. Together we are simply an intense guitar and song loving musical rainbow!

Besides Adrian Stern, Baschi, Oeschs die Dritten or Z'Hansrüedi, among others, will perform at Moosalp. Tickets were not for sale, but could only be won. The concerts at Moosalp are all fully booked.
